Family Therapy
In family therapy, your therapist will guide your family through problem solving to help you get along better and become closer to each other. You will learn how to talk to each other calmly and kindly to strengthen your relationships. Family therapy is also a great way to learn about how your family works.
Individual therapy/
Individual therapy for you, your child, or teen gives a safe place to talk about feelings, learn ways to handle tough situations, and understand how actions affect others. It's a good way to heal from hard experiences and learn to strengthen your mental health and relationships with others.
Parent Coaching
Caregiver coaching helps adults who take care of kids learn good parenting skills. It helps make your connection stronger, reduce bad behaviors, and boost your child's confidence. You’ll also learn how to support your kids as they grow and change.
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a way to help young kids who have behavior problems. It's a program for kids and their families that lasts 12-18 weeks. PCIT teaches adults how to handle their child’s tough behaviors while also having fun, enjoying each others company and helping the child to play nicely. It can also help reduce stress from being a parent or caregiver.
